Job Summary

PLEASE NOTE: This position requires to be onsite up to 3x week in Headquarter building.

The Legal Secretary is primarily responsible for complex administrative, legal support and some paralegal functions to the Legal Services Department.


Legal support to the department, including In-take, electronic filings to regulatory agencies; contract drafting/formatting;  maintaining and updating original contracts, and support to all other counsels in the department. (50%)

Perform other legal special projects. (20%)

Responsible for the administrative functions that includes supporting the General Counsel on Board matters and other related legal projects. (20%)

Perform other duties as assigned. (10%)

Education Required

Associate's Degree
In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.

Education Preferred

Bachelor's Degree


At least 0-2 years of legal experience in a fast paced and complex legal setting.


Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Exemplary planning and time management skills.

Up-to-date with advancements in office gadgets and applications.

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.

High level verbal and written communications skills.  

Discretion and confidentiality.
