At L.A. Care, we are keenly aware of the value of higher education to our employees and to our organization. Our Tuition Reimbursement Program provides financial support to eligible employees who complete educational courses contributing to the improvement of their current job performance and/or potential job advancement, as well as adds value to L.A. Care. We also provide tuition reimbursement to employees who obtain professional certifications when a specific job is required by regulation to be certified.
