Job Summary

The Community Resource Center Project Manager II will be responsible for the management, monitoring and completion of CRC projects. He/she will develop plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor project completion. This position will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all matters pertaining to the Community Resource Center projects, expansion and process improvement efforts. This position will be responsible for guiding internal and external clients and management in the development of project work that addresses the strategic priorities of the organization and Community Resource Centers. Provides leadership for multiple projects, including project scoping and planning, analysis and issue resolution, and deliverable development and presentations.


Effectively leads, organizes, coordinates and manages complex and/or multiple projects dealing with varied content.


Manages the work of all project participants, including outside consultant and other department staff to ensure department plans are aligned with organizational goals and priorities.  


Lead or participate in the data analysis process and develop recommendations and action plans.       


Develops and maintains strong relationships with key internal and external clients to proactively identify improvement opportunities and appropriate project work.  

Collaborate with internal and external clients to develop strategic plans, including implementation and management approach.   
Prepare unbiased, objective information and communicates it directly and effectively to internal and external clients. 


Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration
In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.

Education Preferred


At least 3-5 years of experience with data analysis and project management with successful deployment demonstrating measurable positive results.


Previous experience in project/program management with health plan or provider services/operations and knowledge of Medicaid managed care.


Strong business writing skills.


Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

Occasional travel required between Community Resource Centers, external agencies and new site locations.
