Job Summary

The Information Technology (IT) Solutions Delivery Lead is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, execution, controls and completion of assigned medium to large complex Information Technology initiatives in the CRM/Portal domain, which includes managing work stream tasks, ensuring consistency with architectural strategy, commitments and goals. Responsible for the daily workflow and leading the work of assigned staff.  This role will mentor, coach, act as a resource and provide feedback on performance of assigned staff.

Duties

Leads the planning, Design, Execution and implementation of multiple initiatives, leads and manages the technical execution of the initiatives and deliver on goals and commitments in collaboration with the cross-functional stakeholders.

 

Identifies, defines project tasks and collaborate with Resource Managers on staffing requirements for the initiatives.

 

Leads the estimation of initiatives. Provide feedback and partners with Projects Managers in developing full scale project plans utilizing the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.

 

Assembles and coordinates project resources (internal and/or contracted staff) in collaboration with resource managers ensuring appropriate skills are obtained as well as engaging appropriate stakeholders to support and deliver work products which meets business goals and objectives.

 

Responsible for managing project budgets, resources (internal/vendor) and timeline through final work product delivery.

 

Participates in the development and maintenance of Enterprise Architecture (EA) As-Is and To-Be.

 

Develops and maintains documentation concerning EA’s technical architecture.

 

Audits application of technology assets to ensure appropriate and effective use of that technology, as needed and as appropriate.

 

Participates in and leads, as needed, enterprise wide architecture presentations, sub-groups, and projects.

 

Collaborates with the EA Team in establishing, documenting, maintaining and maturing an EA Program that complies with Federal EA guidance and Enterprise requirements.

 

Collaborates in the development of standards and operating procedures to support new technologies

 

Architects applications that are scalable and stable with future demands in perspective

 

Duties Continued

Manages complex projects, engaging and updating key stakeholders, developing timelines, leads others to complete deliverables on time and ensures implementation upon approval.

Leads the work of assigned staff; regularly assigns and checks the work of others, providing guidance, training and feedback on performance to department management.  Oversees the daily office workflow, develops and recommends enhancements to process and procedures.

Education Required

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Related Field
In lieu of degree, equivalent education and/or experience may be considered.

Education Preferred

Experience

Required:
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in the Health Care industry.

 

At least 3 years of lead experience.

 

Experience working with different technical teams and business units to implement solutions that caters to the requirements.

 

Strong experience with Lightning Web components, Apex and Visual force programming. Have hands on experience in writing web services for integration.
                                                                                                                                   
Experience with SOA (Service Oriented Architecture), REST APIs.

 

Strong experience with Sales, Service, Marketing  and Community cloud objects.

 

Experience in Sales, Service and Community clouds and its capabilities.

 

Preferred: 
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience working in IT as a developer and capability to solution large enterprise applications.

Ability to design and execute enterprise level Salesforce CRM applications.

 

Excellent understanding of Salesforce architecture, capacity and tools.

 

Excellent  communication skills to influence Enterprise architects and higher management.

 

Strong Analytical skills to provide multiple solutions to business need.
