Job Summary

The Performance Management Coordinator II provides a broad range of coordination and operational supported to the Clinical Assurance Department. The position is mainly responsible for maintaining, monitoring and tracking delegated reporting for contracted Provider Groups and Specialty Health Plans.  This includes the submission of the monthly, quarterly, and annual activities; monitors and tracks the reporting for timeliness and completeness.


Prepare delegate compliance report and tracking logs ; assist in providing data to support monthly trend reports for the various CA Committees and Delegation Oversight Workgroups. Produce delegation activity reports in in a timely manner for use in the  Committee meetings. Coordinate exchange of delegate's reports to the appropriate internal departments for use in performance management of the delegated Provider Group/Specialty Health Plan. (30%)


Demonstrate ability to coordinate, prioritize and execute the following task: monitoring submission of delegate reports, provide tracking alerts for late or missing information, coordinate telephone meetings with applicable delegates, coordinating medical appropriateness reviews with internal physicians. (25%)


Coordinate and communicate with all contracted participating physician groups (PPGs) via email and telephonically for task vital to the Oversight Program. (20%)


Actively identifies and makes recommendations on areas for improvement of effectiveness and efficiencies of department functions. (15%)


Perform other duties as assigned. (10%)

Education Required

High School Diploma/or High School Equivalency Certificate

Education Preferred


At least 0-6 months of coordination/operation support in a health plan or health care related field.


Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.


Ability to work independently, prioritize workloads and handling multiple assignments.


Strong interpersonal and communication skills required to interface with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
