Job Summary
The Provider Data Unit (PDU) Coordinator II will assist the department leadership by supporting and coordinating various efforts of the Provider Data Unit. This position will work with other Data Associates to update and maintain the provider database and its related ancillary functions. This position will participate in the training of new staff, and assist in improving workflow and processes related to the PDU team. This position will assist the area supervisor in preparing and distributing work to the Data Associates for various routine and special clean-up projects. This position may attend various cross-functional and interdepartmental meeting as a representative of the PDU team.
Duties
Perform the traditional work of maintaining provider data in PDM/MPD and other related systems. (50%)
Serve as a source of support to PDU team and other internal and external staff on provider data matters. Assist in organizing and coordinating the workload of the PDU team related to various provider clean-up efforts and projects. (20%)
Represent the department in internal and external departmental meetings and special projects. (10%)
Participate in training staff and being a resource to assist the staff. (10%)
Perform other duties as assigned. (10%)

Required:
At least 0-6 months of work experience providing support to senior-level staff in a similar sized organization.
Skills
Required:
Excellent word processing skills including proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal communication skills, the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers at al levels.
Consistent attention to detail and issue resolution; discretion and sensitivity in handling confidential matters and the ability to win the trust of others, and orientation toward continual performance improvement.
Effective time-management and superior organizational skills.
